Greetings all.

My name is Ron (aka Orataro) and I am new to this site. Some may know who I am or have heard of me from other forums. I make custom VIP tables and a lot of requests have been coming my way from Fit owners to make a VIP Table for the Fit.

I would very much like to make one for the Gen1 and Gen 2 Fits but would require someone for making templates. If anyone is interested in willing to provide their ride for a few test fitting I would be more then happy to provide a free table once a table can be produce. I'm located in the So.Cal area in the San Fernando Valley area.

I'd like to be done by next weekend but with work and a few Scion orders to complete it might not happen?

I'm working on two designs which one is nearly complete and the second about 50% done. The tables will consist of the main table and cup holder and two plant-on table supports which will be attached via 3M tape to the glove box. The table will attach using a metal bracket and hardware.

Just a small pic of work in progress of my new Gen1 Fit Luxury table.
I have some work to do to it still that's why the moulding has not been applied yet. Production will start very soon. Not shown in the photo are the table supports or mounting bracket. Retail cost will most likely be $158.00 + S/H.

Those that might want to save some money, once completed this mock up table will be sold AS-IS. It has some minor blems but otherwise in great shape.

id be down to get one for a GE.

 

Mounted the table today and just need to do a few minor adjustments. I see no reason I can't start taking orders if need be. I'll start cutting parts by weeks end.

 

Once the GD model is finalized I'll look into what it will take for the GE models. I'm sure the GD model will fit but would have to figure out a different way of mounting it.

 

Well, here it is what we've all been waiting for.
The "New" Orataro Gen1 GD Fit Luxury Table.
This is the proto type table. The production table will come with chrome cups rather then the trim rings and coasters. Otherwise it's the same as the one shown. Production will start this week. The table supports are only for show. They 3M onto the glove box door so you'll be able to open the glove box. They are not required to hold the table in place.
