The grill for 2012 Base is the same as 2009-2011 Sport/Base, which JDP has made already.

^^^^ oh ok so it would be for a 12 Sport grill.

I would prefer one with a red H like this. As well a consideration would be enough of an opening to accommodate the air scoop Honda has provided to bring air to the back of the bay directly to the intake. Or would we just get a CAI that takes the air from the front of the bay?

After seeing all these TW Fits these last months I have no idea why I bought a CBP. Sigh.

I like the J's racing idea.

And any idea when a 2012 Sport front lip would be available? Stoked on that.

just wondering, wouldn't you have to convert the entire front end to get them to fit?

Correct. These wont fit on USDM Fit front ends without major modification.

I am surprise we can not even get a honey comb grille it seems like as soon as a car went on sale there was always aftermarket grille. Not even on Ebay.

Just so you guys know - JDP isn't planning on going through with this due to lack of interest and other projects he's been getting into. Looks like the Mugen and any other Shuttle grille are our only options.

I'm sure he would (btw, it's actually FG, not plastic) but like you said it would be pricey.
