35% windshield and front sides inc. little glass area behind the RVM. 15% rear sides and rear hatch. Will post pics as soon as I can find my camera and cable.

Everything except the windshield is FL legal. But I'll take my chances in exchange for keeping the inside of the car a little cooler during the summer. We're not called the sunshine state for nothin'!

Lightbulb Window Tint

The % will depend on the tint law on your state, Free Current Legal window tinting limits for cars are available at http://www.TintBuyer.com. They also gives information about tints like its types, quotations and help locate the best window tinters near your area. I got 35% front and back and 30% on the door windows and I'm really impressed with the results.

I need to email some pics of my car to someone here to post up for me. I have double limo on the back back glass, 20% on the fronts, and 30% on the windshield.

I have 15% for the rears, but if I dont want people to be able to see in my car from the front side windows. What would be the best (lightest) tint to get for nighttime if I were parked on the street. For some reason I think it is hard to understand what I am trying to ask..hahaha

Actually guys you are all correct…..

That is because in CA the officer can choose to either write the ticket as correctable ($25 and you have to have it removed, signed off and taken to court) and non-correctable ($180 sounds about right IIRC) and you pay the fine, not sure if you have to remove or not. I think you still have to remove.

Last 3 posters - Is your front windshield tint legal or not? Each of your states allows only the top 4" of the front windshield to be tinted.

I can only speak for Hawaii, but it is absolutely "legal" here (the entire windshield). If you don't believe me then pm me and I'll give the number to recon so you can call to verify it for yourself.
