Lets see I guess I'l break it down short and long term:

Short (Car Under Warantee);
Spoon Under Hood Dress Up including the cool sock things for the clutch and brake fluid
Voltage Stabalizer and Grounds
Muffler
Intake If I like any of them
INGALS ETD
Tenabe Strut and 4 Pt Front Bar
K-Sport or Tenabe Coilovers
Wheels and tires for summer and a new set of V710's for autox

Long Term:
Up for grabs I am still not sure where I want to go with this car. Make it look pretty or make it faster. I'm kinda nervous to make it go much faster due to the awesome mileage. I was thinking perhaps doing the head with a nice agressive street cam or perhaps nitrous and a built bottom end although this would be hard on the very very small transaxle. But I will figure something out.

I would really like to put some white rims (bur they have to be 15" and really light, and cheap), like the mugen style rear wing (white pained), and red emblems ( a la type R ). inside will like a header and custom tubes and maybe a race magnum muffler cause i like how it sounded in my 92' se-r. A preety looking intake, as for the handling dept. a lowering kit, and all sorts of braces to stiff it like a viagra's thing hehe.

All I am missing is the money.... but working on it

Very interesting side discussions in this thread. I am new to this forum, but certainly not new to cars and for that matter, life. I really do think that there is too much "sameness" in this world sometimes and I am glad that there are those of us who like to personalize our cars. With that said, Here is what I have done so far, and what I plan to do:

Done so far:

Custom Blue Pearl light up shifter by Flameball
Spoon Sports Muffler and air filter
Spoon Sports STICKERS (I like them)
Most importantly - Lojack recovery system

Going to do:

New wheels - Koening Heliums 15 x 6.5 - silver
JL Audio Amplifiers / speakers
New Head Unit (Probably Pioneer)
Keyless entry Kit (I miss it)
HFP Factory Wing

And I may even add some Pink Flamingos on the side (LOL)

What to do with our Sport Fits?

We have one, the next two are on order and will supposedly be delivered in the next month. We may put nose mask on these little Fit Sports and of course order some floor Mats (they don't come with it!)

Then....

Drive...
Drive...
Drive...we will drive the crap out of them every day! They will get 250-315 miles a day, rarely does weather or anything prevent us from running these courier cars. Whatever it takes to keep the clients happy, just keep the shiny side up!

These Fits are replacing toyota Matrix vehicles at this particular site. The Toyota is normally a reliable car; however, we had issue with the Matrix's that we never had when we ran Corolla's! And...the Fit holds more than the Corolla, for our purpose.

rims and tires once I burn through the stock rubber. (I hate wasting something just for the sake of appearance). Tinting everything but the windshield. I have already added a trunk liner and would like to add door sill plates and a scratch plate on the rear bumper. Nothing too fancy...this is my work and real life vehicle: don't need neon skirting or carbon fibre steering wheels or even poly coated, titanium custom engraved belt buckles....

Got the second Fit...

...Delivered on Friday, can't wait to get it into service ASAP. First I have to get the signs on and auction off the 2003 Corolla that has 216K on it. Our first Fit courier vehicle already has over 5K on it and has produced one tank at 38 MPG's. Pretty good in this environment, no trees, lots of wind and high speeds...we'll see what the avg. fuel economy is at months ends. Number 3 is due in yet another month, so I'm told by the dealer.

Have an AT Sport, Storm Silver. Not gonna do a thing to exterior...it gets enough attention being as odd looking as it is; I'm afraid bolting on some giant aluminum or plastic airfoil protruding off the back would only draw scorn!

Aside from the prospects of supercharging, I plan to drive it as-is. But even supercharger may be out of the question (as a function of price).

More than likely, I'll do NOTHING to the Fit and get an old Mustang to restore.

Wow, didn't know that the definition of "rice" has expanded in recent years to include things like brakes, LSD, clutch and flywheel....

Last I checked, most people upgrade their brakes (4-piston calipers and rear discs) so that their cars can stop better when they need to, and that has got nothing to do with how fast their cars are, a 2500lb mass hurtling towards you at 30-40mph is still fatal, regardless of it being a Honda Fit or a Bugatti Veyron.

I got a HUGE minivan and I upgraded the front brakes to project mu big brake kit because I almost hit the back of a semi going down a mountain path with my whole family and kids in there because the van just couldn't stop fast enough due to the size....does that make me rice?

Not everyone upgrades the parts on their cars just to be faster than the next guy, or feel the need to join every autocross session in your local neighborhood. I bought coilovers for my truck and turn the stiffness setting to the softest just so my wife would shut up with her complaints of the truck's stock ride being back-breaking. Does that make me rice?

If you are an autocross guy who likes to pop a rear wheel wheelie every now and then with your car, hey man, I am all for it and happy for you. But not everyone's into that sort of thing and the least you could do is respect their intentions.

Currently I rock it stock!

Only thing I did was buy the red leather shifter for my AT. I plan on putting in all the interior trim, but as far as mods go, I'm undecided. I see allot of really nice Fit's here, but none of it is "me". I think I'm looking and thinking about what I can do to make the car really be mine!

How wonderfully existentialist of me.

I'll post when I figure it out.

I haven't gotten my car yet but when it arrives I plan to get Skunk 2 springs, Injen CAI, Megan Racing header, and Spoon Sports N1 axle-back. Then after that I will save up to buy Spoon Sports b-pipe, 15" Rota Attack+tires, and not sure about what coilovers I want. Hopefully my plan will go through.

My wife would probably rather keep her Fit Sport stock. She told me I can't touch it for at least a year. So far a K&N drop-in filter is the only thing she's allowed. I have a couple motorcycle projects in the works so it's ok with me.

First off I'd like to remove the resonator and muffler and replace them with a straight pipe and a universal SuperTrapp 4" external disk muffler, respectively. Eibach Pro Kit springs and going +1 wheels/tires with Flik Ftd rims, a front tower strut brace and C-pillar brace would round things out.

Later, after she's out of warranty I'd like to put a Jackson supercharger setup on it, a full set of chassis ties, a rear disk conversion, a header and full 2" exhaust system.

She's been used to driving fairly powerful cars, so I don't know how she's not going nuts about having a car with such a modest power output.

I just bought my silver storm fit today, and I'm only looking at modding in the small time. I've had enough of wasting tons of money on mods for little to no reason (my old s2000 taught me that)

anyway, my plans are: HID's (a must) Clear JDM tails, and brake light, AEM CAI, upgraded sound system (that schorshe(sp?) unit looks awesome if it'll ever come out, and an armrest. definitely an arm rest.

anything else will be small, such as a trim kit, or a different shift knob, mines an auto, so it doesn't make too much difference. The LED dome lights look neat
