CF engine cover.

I know its a lil bit stupid to ask this. Do both the USDM and JDM fits use the same engine cover? In other words, does the same CF engine cover fit both of them? Also, how about the rear view mirror? thank you

I've got a CF engine cover and my Jazz is more closely related to the JDM fit, so I'd say from what I've seen that no they're not exactly the same.
