Intake manifold clearance issues.

Intake manifold clearance issues.
I am installing an 08 Fit engine into my 02 Insight and the intake manifold hits. I have been looking at all the pics online and the Weapon R manifold seems to sit lower, can anyone verify this? Also, does the throttle body sit in the stock location?
