So my daughter is a new driver, after some days practicing in parking lots I let her drive the 2 mile back road home. She had a moment of panic this even when pulling into our street. She had begun slowing down but hadn’t start to turn when she should have and over corrected to make the turn and accelerated. The entrance to our street has a lip and drops down a little. She ended up coming off that lip into our road and hit the road. She stopped and freaked out. When she started driving again it sounded like we were dragging metal. We got home but couldn’t visibly see anything. There is dripping but my assumption is that it’s AC condensation. My son who is currently at formula drift asked to send him a picture of underneath the car. The only out of place is in the photo. Tried doing a little research and it looks like the AC drain hose. I have a 2020 Honda Fit. I don’t know what else would have made the sound of metal dragging. Anyone have any ideas or can confirm that this is the drain hose and not something else
What we can immediately see under the car. It’s gotten to dark now.
