So my dealer (Martin Main Line Honda) just called me while i was away from my desk to inform me that I no longer have to wait until April to get my Storm Silver Fit and that I can get the VBP Fit (the color i really wanted) tommorow! What great news! (Sport 5spd btw!)

P.S- Anyone in the Philadelphia area can snag the silver one i had reserved if they want.

Deffinetly happy about it since the first one i put my name on wasnt even my desired color. Had that thought "Wish it was blue!" in the back of my head. All i need to do is find a good place for tint, a place to buy mugen visors, and some LED tails.

I just took delivery of my vbp sport m/t this evening
About a 2 week wait because I got reaaaaaaaaaaaally lucky

Anyways ive put on 110 kms tonight already, and I LOVE this car

I ordered a manual trans Fit Sport in January. My dealer still doesn't know if it is definitely going to be manufactured yet. If it is, I will get it between April 15 and May 15, apparently. If it isn't, I don't know what to buy...all I want is a man trans Fit.

OH NO! my damn dealer called me up late last night and informed me that the car had been sold! Ugh, serves me right for not yelling at him to get it right away. I knew things were wierd after the first couple hours of him informing me when i told him i'd come over right then. Oh well i guess i have to wait till the Silver one comes in around 2 more weeks or so. Good grief charlie brown

 

Ha awesome! Wish i did get my hands on that VBP but i guess i'll have to wait. It seems as though we have a few more philly Fit guys, i just snapped a picture of this bad boy outside my work at Susquehanna International Group on City Ave.

Where abouts in philly are you? Im around Drexel where I've already seen another Storm metalic silver one.

 

sorry that happened.dealers do that kinda crap. be careful they dont sell the one that you ordered on you. i'd escalate it and let management know your disappointment and that you'll be prepared to contact Honda on this.

 

Yeah was very angry about it. Not to mention they said that they were unable to find any Fit Sport MT in the area and a week later .El from this damn forum found one at another dealership 20 minutes away from me just chilling on the lot! Also the first week i reserved the car they were telling me there was a possibilty for one in NY state, when i offered to drive there to pick it up they said it wasnt available. Im starting to get worried.

IMO, white doesn't show dirt much at all. In fact I think its the easiest color to keep clean, and black is the hardest - every speck of dust shows right up. You can actually get a white car pretty dirty before it looks too bad - I know it doesn't make sense, but there it is....

If that's your main reason to not get white, I'd rethink your color options. If you just don't like white, that's another story. If you do go for the white, just know that the interior can come in beige or black on the sports, unlike most other colors. Now a beige interior is something that I just couldn't live with!

 

Hah, ive done all my work here today so basially ive got nothing to do besides FitFreak all day and i must say that the white one is deffinetly growing on me and now when i think about it ive already got a Silver civic so the white would be a nice change. My girlfriend keeps bashing it though! ha. anyways, i really just want to get this car asap so if this white one works out it could be the one....

 

Are dealing with Planet Honda for this white one? If so, lemme know

I emailed them and they replied asking about test drive, etc. i told them i just wanted to know if it was in stock and then the guy hasnt emailed me back. My dealer that ive been working with around philly also hasnt called me back. Ugh, i wish people would just be a bit more curtious. I want my darn fit!
