Does anyone have an idea what colors will be coming to our market for the 2008 model year??

 

No fregen clue man... but white doesn't look promising right now for Canada, based on the fact that the states doesn't have it anymore....

 

Word on the street is Alabaster Silver is getting the Axe and Taffeta White will be joining the lineup. The US will be losing Taffeta White (I guess their stock will be diverted north) and will be getting Blackberry Pearl and another lighter blue colour...

 

I heard that rumor too...I also heard that BOM is being replaced with blackberry pearl. I was just talking with someone on here who works at a Honda dealership and they were saying that white will be available. He was saying that they are expecting a white sport to arrive in their showroom next month.

 

OMG if they replace BOM with BBP in Canada, I'm gonna be FLAMING PISSED LOL! The only way I'm getting through this is telling myself that I can't get BBP because I'm not in the states hahaha...I love that colour, reminds me a lot of Midnight Purple Pearl on a GT-R34....

 

BBP is definetly a nice color...I think it would look awesome in the sun. Ive heard that silver/white rumor several times before...but I only heard about the orange/BBP rumor once...and that was about a month ago. I really want white...but I really find it hard to believe that Honda Canada would drop silver...silver is definetly a popular color!

 

They are only dropping Alabaster Silver...IMO I didn't really like it on the Fit. I'm pretty sure Storm Silver Metallic outsold Alabaster Silver hands down which is why they are changing it up...

 

True enough...the silver does look kind of plain. With all these other colors available...i can see more ppl going for blue or orange....etc.

Oh, me too! I have been since I saw one from the US.

 

I'm surprised that nobody is custom painting their Fit to something personal and unique. With all the $$ we saved getting the Fit and the relative small size of the Fit it shouldn't cost alot of go custom paint colors.

 

A shop in Toronto painted their project Fit in Yelloooooowww. It was pretty cool to see a totally special colour.

Anyway, I heard that we are getting the blue and the 'purple' but no white.... but then again, its all in the air, just gotta keep waiting.

 

I looked at the Honda web site. Taffeta white is no longer on the list. I own a 2007 taffeta white AT. backberry black is a new color and blazing orange is back. both of these colors are for the sport fit. I did not read any technical info on motors and such. The cars can be ordered now.

 

We're still waiting for the release of the 2008 Fit here in Canada.
