Hello ... first post
Hey guys, first post.
93 Civic owner about to upgrade. The Civic is bed-ridden. It did it's job while it was young and healthy.
I'm about to pull the trigger on an 08/07 Fit Sport. I'm not too happy about the US not getting the new redesigned Fit until next year, but what can one do. Things never line up perfectly. I need a car, yesterday!
If I do get the Fit, one thing that needs to be done is new wheels and tires! The stock set up can lead to a man-card revocation.
I'm thinking 17"s. Not too big, but much more aggressive than the stock ones.
I also might want to lower it a tad. I just want to slightly give it a more aggressive masculine look
(and not spend an arm and a leg)
What recommendations might you guys have (lowering kits, etc)?
Thanks in advance for your help.
BTW... I went to TireRack.com to get an idea of which rims I might like and I am leaning towards Kazera KZ-A 17".

Welcome to the forum, great choice by picking the Fit for your next car, they are awesome! About your future plans, im not a expert on lowering cars and all that, but i can tell ya that if lower the Fit and put 17"s on it, im sure they will rub alot! I think even if you dont lower and put 17"s on it, it will still rub...You got to remember the Fit is a very small car, and 16"s really fill it up! Anyway, hope you enjoy FitFreak!
Thats the kind of info I'm looking for. Thanks! I definitely don't want any rubbing. Hopefully, there are folks around here that have modified their wheels and can provide insight
