What is a Fit Freak?
How dedicated are you to your FIT? And what constitutes a true FIT Freak? Let me tell you what I've done and you decide whether I qualify:
1. I wanted a nice lookin' FIT T-shirt to wear around town. Being a graphic designer, I designed my own and had it printed by CafePress.com (see picture below). Whatcha think? The "Why Be Predictable" slogan comes from a FIT advertising piece.
2. I wanted something in the bottom of my cup holders to absorb spills. I went online and found a place that sold 3" round circles of chipboard that fit exactly in the bottom of the front cup holders. BUT WAIT! I didn't want just the chipboard circles in my cup holders. They had to have the FIT logo on them. So I had a FIT logo rubber stamp made by an online company and stamped it in orange (the color of my FIT) in the center of each chipboard circle. They look neat, they do the job, and they're one-of-a-kind.
Any other stories from FIT owners similar to mine? Have I gone overboard? Is there any help for me? I LOVE MY FIT!

WOW dude your a serious FitFeak! I guess im a FitFreak cause i LOVE my car and im on this forum alot lol, i didnt take it as far as you! Nice shirt by the way, i bought a Fit T-shirt off of this website and i like it alot! But the shirt you designned would be a nice option!
I dunno, I've got a website all about my fit (and others) that I started about a month or two after I got it. It's gotten pretty big over the last year and a half. I think it'd qualify me.

Well im pretty new to the site so I dont really have a lot of posting power (as yet!) But I love my car probably worth more than anything! I am so anal about it, it gets lovingly hand washed EVERY saturday, I clean the engine every month, it gets waxed twice a month, I also park in the most deserted part of the parking lot so no one hits me, i get annoyed when the petrol pump attendants touch my car because they leave grubby marks behind, and the same for the security guy at our front gate at work, I ask people to get into the car without scuffing the black part on the bottom of the door with their shoes, the list goes on and on and on...............
I like your idea of the chipboard to absorb spills, oh wait, no eating or drinking in my car, never mind!
P.s I am hooked on this website too! Ive seen so many rad ideas for my car on this site.

Hey TomPer glad to meet another West (by God) Virginian! I have meet a couple of other relocated mountaineers on this site. My employer of 16 years relocated his plastic surgery practice to Winchester,VA and wanted me to go too but I just could not leave the mountains of WV. Lived here all of my life and can't imagine living anywhere else! Love your vanity plate!

I can never drive the S to work beacuse I work downtown and public parking garages and the S don't mix, to my mind. When I'm driving the Fit, I don't miss the S because I'm driving the Fit, just in spite of the fact that I'm driving the Fit.

Yea Ill see you there man! My S will be there, its kind of beatup right now. I was rear ended so I have a cheesy CF trunk and CF hood thats on it until I can get a new trunk. Find me and say Hi tho, I SHOULD be the only silverstone on Gold GTUs.
