Angry Cheap Brakes?

I've had my 2007 Honda Fit Sport for only three months and the brakes have already worn to the rotors, is anyone else experiencing this problem? My car only has 6,ooo miles and I've never heard of brakes having to be replaced so soon.

Wow!
In your place I would be very upset too. I've only got a little over 6,000 mi. on my '07 Sport AT, and the pads don't show any measurable wear at all. I live in a mountainous area, but I am very gentle on brakes and use the transmission for braking almost more than the brakes.

Again in your place, I would go to your dealer to see if this might be a warranty issue. They can claim that you have poor driving technique that caused the rapid wear, but if that were the case, your rear drum brakes should also show extreme wear.
