Hey I'm a chick and from the first time I saw the Fit on the internet I knew that would be the car for me. I have had guys come up to the car and tell me they really like it. In fact when I frist got the car it was funny cause guys would actually hang out of the passinger seat and look out the window at the car. Last week some guy in a Mazda stuck his cell phone out the moon roof to take a picture of my car! Just like the BMW salesmen all pressed up againtst the window looking at my car and one guy trying to see the front emblem then mouthing,"Its a Honda". I guess they thought the car looked pretty hot to do that with their BMW sweaters on. I just smiled and gave them a thumbs up! LOL!

i went to the honda dealership last week to check out the new '08 that had gotten in. i made a walk around the lot, telling all the salespersons that i had an '07 and i just wanted to look (they still insisted on me trading it for an '08!) anyways, by the time i got back to my car, there were probably around 6 or 8 people looking at and inside of my car. i got up to my fit, said, "isn't my car cool?" and droke off. HA! i fealt like brittany spears and they were the media! except i wasn't on drugs or hitting people.

Ritzbury - that is funny - our Fits just make us feel like superstars! Last Saturday, I was out washing in front of my house and a teenager walked past with a girl just walking. The girl said something to him about the car but I could not hear although I did hear him say - Yeah, I could rock that! I knew he was not talking about me.LOL!!!! I'm in my 50's - Sorry guys did not mean to hijack your thread - but you know how us girls are!

haha, we should do a fit "rockstar moment" thread. i have all sorts. in colorado, if you don't have an SUV, you turn heads. so fits in colorado are the "Motley Crue's" of automobiles if you will. in Phx, people ask what you drive, and you tell them a honda fit, and they know what your talking about.

in CO, you tell them a honda fit, and they are like "is that new?""what does it look like?" i just tell people i drive a new white honda hatchback with a raccoon tail on the antenna. they usually get it after that.

when people make fun of it, i make them drive it (if i trust them of course).

i already sold an '08 black sport fit because i was drunk and make my sober buddy drive it to the store for a pretzel run. the dealer should give me some money for that. sold a car for him and all

 

haha us girls don't even need to do anything mod-wise to get noticed in our fits

i get second looks all the time when i'm driving, and the only exterior mod i have so far is the bumper applique soon i'll have side moldings on though, so it'll turn heads extra (i hope, heh).

 

I have had a lot of women in my neighberhood stop by when im out cleaning it and asking about the gas mileage and the interior room. I love giving the magic seat demo, it makes me feel like a car salesmen. My favorite though would have to be rolling up at a club with 4 of my chick friends and the looks i get with them getting out when there are people at the club with big suv's on huge rims that have nobody riding with them. i guess that size doesnt matter after all. its all in how you use it. haha.

Not gonna lie i bought the car because its economical and was a steal for under 17 g's. not because of the chic factor, thats just an added bonus.

 

A girl friend of mine called my car Puddle Jumper.

 

Thats funny. My bestfriend calls it "the happy meal" or "the lunch box" I think she is crazy but i guess i can kind of see it.

 

a girl i work with thought i was ***! can you believe that. i tried to shut her up by throwing her pos ford in her face but it didnt work. she actually likes her ford so she just can not be reasoned with. i love my fit, i have had 7 hondas and this one is #2 right behind my integra type R. after i do some mods, i have full intentions of pulling hot chicks with it.

 

It is cute little car but the Fit "pulling hot chicks?" Please, don't go that far.

 

LOL, yeah seriously. I do get some looks from people in the Fit, especially when it was just cleaned, but I don't think it would ever make a girl interested who wasn't already in the first place

 

i disagree. i usually use the fit. if i'm not doing too hot in a conversation i'll do a... "hey, do you want to see my car? it's a new model... and a honda"

I'm dating these two chicks right now. One of them loooves to ride on my car except for one thing.

No passenger vanity mirror!!! I never noticed until girls were trying to put make up in my car on the way to the movies. =-(

I looked to see about the the JDM one (which matches black interior like mine) and it's $75! rip off. Oh well, she will have to do that shit at home lol.

 

get the $2 mirror at walmart!

not exactly JDM or anything, but sometimes you just gotta roll like that sometimes.
