Angry $2000.00 in damages!!!!!

so i got my body work estimate today from the moron who hit me in the parking lot and took off.... almost $2000.00!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant belive people are that stupid and inconsiderate. i have 1500 miles on my car and now a 2K repair bill.... sorry for griping but it sux! hope all your Fits stay safe!

yes and then they will increase my rates.... plus i have a $500 deductable...

damn man, that shit sucks. I think it's bullshit how they increase rates when it's not your fault.

They shouldn't increase your rates. Usually they only do that if your at fault. If not report them to your local state insurance commissioner.

^ Cosign. It's happened to me in the past, and I just paid the deductible. No rate changes.

i smashed mine up after a week. new front rt wheel, ball joint, strut, the whole nine, came out to 2600 so i feel your pain man... its all better now tho, installing my skunk2 60mm this week =)

If its just the ding, thats a bit much. Go else ware.

i smashed mine up after a week. new front rt wheel, ball joint, strut, the whole nine, came out to 2600 so i feel your pain man... its all better now tho, installing my skunk2 60mm this week =)
Make sure you get an alignment too.

its a bit more than a ding... its also 2 chips in the paint farter away... the expensive part is the re-paint... to blend it all so it dont look shitty... plus they have to remove some peices for the re-paint... i am getting other estimates tho

I don't think they'll increase your rates. It wasn't your fault.

hahaha me too... and I am getting other estimates during the next week... well see what happens!

If you have a claim with your insurance company...it will cause your rate to increase....no matter whose fault it is. At least thats how it works around here. (Atlantic Canada)

I have been bitching for the past 2 months about a girl that had her car touching mine in the parking lot at school. All she left were 2 bolt marks from her plate but it was annoying, and cost me a $100 deductible

no not a complete re-pain... just about half the car... to blend the paint
