Im looking to eventually get a better system in my fit but i would like to start with the head unit first. However what am i supposed to do about the odd shaping of the one the fit has now. Do i have to buy a new panel?

is the one from crutchfield nice? does it match the oem interior?

 

both are mine..the first stereo didn't work well, so i replace it with a sony. both pics were taken with flash turned on. you can see slight color difference because of that. to my naked eyes, it looks perfect.

 

do you know what brand it is?

 

its metra, got it from crutchfield
the other brand, doesn't fit perfectly.i think you have to do some modifications. i not sure though
