My warranty is almost over.........
I haven't heard a call or a single mail from my dealer since the day I bought the car........(ROCK HONDA).....

I guess once you signed the paper....they don't know who you are anymore.....

the car has been great....no problem......EXCEPT ------

there seemed to be a leaked somewhere in the car that has accumulate a ton of water......when I turned on the engine - I could hear water rushing down the car.....or when I go or stop.....there is like a tidal wave moving along with the car......

Anyone have this problem on their Fit?
gas tank, dude

I had the same waterfall sound and it turned out my coolant was low and had a bit of air in the system, check your cooling system at once!

I'm close to you I got 46,000 miles on my car I had it for 2 years now. The bulk of those miles came because I was driving 60 miles a day around trip to and from work for a year. Since May I moved closer to work and put 4,000 on it. I should have moved closer to work a long time ago. I would be having about 28,000 miles on it if I did.

I have roughly 11,100 since March 2008. It sat for two months this summer while I was working in Tulsa, otherwise it would be much higher.

I know i dont have the most but i do have the most for how new my car is. I bought the car in mid Aug and it has right now 7,600 miles on her. I moved to a different state and did a couple of road trips to see old friends.

Mine turned over onto 50,000 miles last weekend. No problems, still just like new.

Bought new in March of 2007.

Man, now I don't feel so bad with 6500 miles since mid-June.
I have a 45 mile one-way commute, but only three days a week.

I have three Sports in courier duty and 5 other cars (2 other brands) as well. The Fits are approaching 175K now. We've done the brakes and plugs at 100K and regular oil changes and tires...lots of tires! The tranny fluid gets a change every 30-40K. The foglite design is stupid, the lenses always crack, we gave up on them. Very expensive to replace...no other issues. We don't use that 10% ethanol that is so big out here on the plains. As a result no probs with the emission systems, fuel pumps, O2 sensors, etc...

Some guys love to drive 'em, others loath them and refer to them as go-karts. We average 34 MPG's. We deal with lots of prairie winds and higher speed limits than more populated areas. Also, very cold in the winter (we have block heaters) and hot in the summer.

I have my Fit for a lil over a year now and it got exactly 18000 right now. It's mostly used for work about 15 miles one way. And I'm gonna drive it to Sacramento this Thanksgiving. That'll add like 1K to it in three days.

Are they auto or manual? If auto, any problems with the transmission? I really love my 5AT and want it to last forever lol.
