I want to get a new radio thats XM ready, is it possible to replace the Factory Honda Sport FIt radio with a new radio

 

Yes, it is possible to change the stock stereo head unit in the Fit sport. Scoshe and Metra make aftermarket dash kits for the Fit. Good luck.

tell everyone so i dont have to say this anymore:
buy from crutchfield, they give you EVERYTHING, most for free, cept for the fits dash piece its 25, (instead of 50)

 

I understand that the Scoshe kit is better and Crutchfield only sells the Metra?

 

It's kind of a personal choice of which dash kit is "better". The Metra Kit is the one I have and it's fine...not perfect like OEM, but judging from some of the comments and pics of the Scoshe kit posted in the ICE forum, I wouldn't say that kit necessarily fits any better.

Nothing in this world is free and without some amount of risk. Do your analysis and then at some point, you have to decide to do something or not. Good luck. Hope you find a kit that meets all of your needs.
