I put down a 100 bucks to hold the last SSM they got coming in.Worked out all the paper work already but I'm haveing a second thoughts on the color I picked. I test drove a black one and boy did it look mean. Then looking at this pic at the bottom of this thread makes me hard. But then I know SSM is so easy to take car of,I had a black car 2 cars ago and told myself i would never go with dark colors again. I street park, snows up here,I just love the shine of a nice clean black waxed car. Damm can some with both colors give me +/- of the colors. I have about 2 days left till the ssm comes in.

SSM is a good call, not your typical silver and hides dirt really well. Black is great if you have several hours a week to clean it. Swirl marks, aaaaahhhhh!!!

only if they had white in 08. I chose black because the other colors didn't really do it for me. Black is a bitch to take care of though. But when it's clean....boy it's nice!

I have a NHBP and i do LOVE the color. And it does look really sick when its clean, but you have to wash the car a least every other week. And in bettween washed i have this duster thing i use.

I've owned two silver vehicles in my lifetime and one black. After owning the black I swore that I would never buy that color again. The only time it looks great is after you've spent a few hours washing and waxing. The silver will not show dirt as easily and is more forgiving regarding swirls. The Honda Fit paint is really bad about having swirl marks.
