Anyone know where to find the pdf of the Helms manual?

I am doing a DIY article on suspension install in the next day or so and need the torque specs for the components. I don't feel like spending $75 on a manual for 2 pages of info.

i have the electronic version of 02-05 Jazz/Fit edition. some minor differences but most of the time it's correct. It's not in pdf format, most likely ripped from CD structure.

I'm pretty sure that posting the manual on here will get you banned since the manual is proprietary.
