Being new to this forum, I apologize if this question has already been asked, but has anyone had an opportunity to test drive a manual in the 2009 Fit?

If so, is it as zippy and as responsive as the 2008?

 

I'll hopefully let you know in about a week But the reviews say yes to both of your questions, albeit a bit more comfortable and not as harsh (harsh by comparison to a Yaris, anyway).

 

in about a week? how are you getting your hands on a 2009 fit? i thought that they won't be available until this fall.

 

Long story, but I work directly with Honda/Acura.

and at :50 seconds there is a shot of the rear view mirror and right above it, between the visors it looks like there is a small console with two lights.

I just found another picture of the usdm red fit and it does have maplights. I was going to post the pic but it seems a bit complicated for right now.

No need to steal it. These (two) are SEMA vehicles. Anybody who knows me knows I have the most rotten luck ever and I want to make sure they're done well ahead of time.
