What??? A Fit Sedan?

http://auto.sohu.com/piclib/honda/Ho...nda_Fit061.jpg

Take a look at this image I found - A Fit sedan! It looks like the new Corolla, only better because of it being more streamlined.

Does anyone know if there are any plans for Fit sedan to hit the American market?

Ahh..the Honda City. That's Honda's most popular model in Asia. There are currently no plans for the American market, but that doesn't mean there won't necessarily be an alternative to the 5 door.

Yeah, most of us have seen this.
Its not actually a "Fit". It has a diffrent name, it think its the "City". We will never see it here in the US.

Technically, it is a Fit, as JDMChris mentioned. It's full name is Honda Fit Aria.

Little known fact, the City Turbo is not only the first turbocharged Mugen car, but also the first car Mugen ever modified, oversaw directly by Mr. Hito Honda, Soichiro's son .

Too bad we will never see this 4 door sedan here in the States. I would like to have test driven it.

The City is the development flatform of the USDM Fit. They have the same radiator support, hood length and location of the hood latch which is in front of the rad support. Hmmm.....might be a good project. Do a front Fit/City front conversion. Different front but still keep the USDM bumper rebar.

I agree... I would rather have a new corolla anyday. The rear just shoots me down all the way. But I do like the front, might be a good conversion project for the honda enthusiast...
