My Fit = Sister's Daily Driver

My sister is moving back home and commuting to school instead, so she'll be taking my Fit to school everyday. If you see a stock SSM sport with a fitfreak decal and a girl driving around NYC, don't wave because she doesn't like the Fit and she'll think your nuts. I knew I should have kept my old car! She better not ask me to fill up on weekends.

that sucks sharing a car with your family. i know cause i share my
06LegacyWgn to my wife (i have the title) and she gets door
dings/creases almost every 3-4weeks.

not to forget the softball sized scuff mark i had to fix on the
rear bumper, the scraped bottom of the front bumper, etc.

I wouldn't care about the car as much if that was the case. Unfortunately, I paid for it with my hard earned money.

ok, then you still live at your parent's house?

is that why they're bugging you for your car?

Yep, wouldn't be able to afford a car if I didn't. Rent is crazy expensive here.

But it's cool, I don't drive it during the week anyway. Can't afford to park it around where I work.

Easier said than done. She's an unemployed college student, and there's a nice shiny new car sitting in the garage during the weekdays when she needs it. I don't mind her driving it, just worried about what kind of damage she might inflict on my poor little Fit. I remember one time she was pulling out my old car, she ran back into the house asking for crazy glue. Yea, she hit the side of the house with the car.

(And don't even ask about my dad, he's not allowed to touch the car.)

But it's all good, I'm the best brother in the world after all.

Then you are a really good brother, I hope she treats it like she is making the payment on it.

that is a smart move. my wife doesn't drive MT either and
therefore can't use my Fit or my other hobby cars. not that she
wants to. she doesn't care about cars.

when i let her decide on a car we ended up with a f-king corolla.
im so glad it got into a crash and was disposed (traded-in) quickly.
never again letting the wife chose the car she's going to use.

cause im the one that has to take care of it and have to see it
every damn day. she works from home.

I was thinking of getting a MT, but then realize I can't drive a MT either!! It's not good when no one can drive it.

Since I don't know anyone who has a MT, I'm going to take some lesson from a driving school and get an old car to practice. Then hopefully my next car will be MT.
