I'd KILL for a yellow fit.[paint job question]

Its sucks so much that we don't have it here in U.S. Any idea how much a paint job costs?

you would have to check with local shops.. pricing is different for all ..
they would have to sand down and prime to change colors....
and make sure they give u reference of people that they have painted cars before and sometimes cheap is not always good

you _could_ get MAACO for really cheap... but it would be peeling and chipping within the year. The paint jobs that cost a few thousand more will be long lasting. Make sure you ask people that have used them before though, see if they have a good reputation.

not to mention, the resale value of your car will go way down. BUT, that shouldn't matter if you're planning on keeping your Fit till the day it decides not to start again.

i want a canary yellow Fit sooooooooooo bad /CRY

Seems like a pain in the ass for a new car. You would need to strip the whole car down to paint the interior and engine bay, otherwise imho it'll look dumb with different colors.

I would love to have the pinkish metallic color that the 09 has. I doubt that color choice would be US approved though.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's just not a color that guys would go for. I thought the Fit was more for women anyway?

Painting a car correctly, removing everything involved, doing the jams and stuff would cost thousands and thousands in NY. Done right anyway. And it's tough finding someone to do it right.

The wheels discussed are very ***! Only for girls' cars.
