Invisible Mask experience?

How guys,
Has anybody deal with Invisible Mask before?

www.invisiblemask.com

I was going to write a review about their product (in comparison to 3M kit and custom install) but have been having problem with the company.

It's been 16 days since the order is placed and I still haven't received the product yet. There is no indication that they are shipping it either.
The customer contact there (Ken) almost never responded to the e-mails that I sent him.
Well, to be fair he responded quickly during pre-sales and up to the purchase.

So I thought I asked to see if anybody here have prior experience with them.

dispute your order with your credit card company to cancel it.

then order from here:

www.autopaintguard.com

i use a clearbra by Xpel on my cooper-s. it's been great the last 5yrs.
Ryan is the owner there. spoke to him a few times. reasonable guy.

I have Xpel on my other car and wanted to see how invisible mask compares.
The warranty on it is longer (5yr V.S. Lifetime) on it.
X-pel is actually pretty good it lasted 4 years before the first rip (rock chip) happened.

The Honda dealership where I bought my Fit claimed that their paint protection sheet are not made by 3M but I can't remember the name of if.

Don't use Invisible Mask. They would not ship the complete order, and the pieces that they shipped were overpriced. They would not talk to me on the phone. Had to dispute the order with my credit card company to get my money back. Use someone else.
