I love cats! I only have one at the moment. Eventually I'd like to have a dog, and maybe a second cat, but my apartment charges an extra $10/month for each pet and only allows 2 pets. Whenever I live in a house, is probably when I'll get more pets.

Her name is Zoe. She'll be 6 years old in January. She's a nut. She's obsessed with food, getting into boxes and plastic bags (and licking plastic bags), and sometimes she just runs around my apartment for the heck of it. She cracks me up though

I like to keep cats in the aquarium too, while I'm fattening them up. It's like kittycat veal.

Just kidding. I don't eat veal.

Sorry Steeldog, nobody's been taking your bait. Your worm must be too small.

Come to think of it, cats are probably excellent bait. Can't wait until Shark Week to see if anyone is using them.

When I was skydiving, we used to joke with new jumpers about playing "cat". We'd say everybody was going to put $5 in a hat, and then we'd go to 12,000 feet and throw out the cat, and everybody would dive out the door. Whoever could land with the cat would get the money.

Seriously, I'm not a cat hater at all. I have had a few cats over the years, but I am a steel DOG.

We solved the mystery of the paw prints on my car...
This is Mr. T, my fiance's fat cat.

And this is my bad kitty, Tattoo..

Who, by the way, jumped INSIDE the Fit while Mr. T was denting my roof in the above photo!

Zoomer and Tigger say thank you! Sorry, haven't been keeping up with this thread. Only down side to Bengals is that they are a handful! Huge to begin with but also extremely intelligent, observant, and with a naughty streak a mile wide! But you're right, all kitties are adorable and special....

First things first, Katze = cat in German, so you've got me there.

I have two cats. One is a rescue but looks similar to a Turkish Angora. The other is a purebread, Exotic Shorthair.

No jokes on the second cat's breed please An Exotic Shorthair is a mix between a Persian and Domestic Shorthair. They have the snub nose and thick hair of the Persian but short hair of the domestic.

I want a dog, but my husband says I have a two pet limit... *sigh*

Kind of sums up the mentality of a cat and why we love them so much hey? The tilt of the ears and lowered head = oh I know this is HIGHLY illegal but, what the heck, I'm going to do it anyways over and over and.... LOVE the white "mittens". Dang, all I have with my Bengals is a mini leopard and a bunch of marbled swirls. LOVE the white paws...

On my previous car - the exterior was full of paw prints; the interior glass was full of my sons' big foot prints (as well as mine). in teh summer we wear only sandals and as soon as we hit the car, it's bare foot time - the one sitting on the front passenger side will instinctively put the feet against the front windshield. oh, I marked my bf's windshield that way too. it's our cats' way of saying "...being there". :-)

I love cats but I'm allergic to them so I really can't have any.. Now I have a rat named Mocha. I had another rat named Diesel (the white rat in my avatar) who was Mocha's brother. He died several months ago :-(

Mocha doesn't like riding in my Fit because it typically means he's going to the Vet!

I just got my Fit on Thursday (two days ago). First living thing other than me in it was my cat, Zoe. She hated it. Then again, she has never been a car cat. Usually means she's going to the vet!

Very cool - they do make great pets! This is Mocha in his warm and cozy Igloo.
