Not sure if this is the actual Honda Fit that will be revealed at NAIAS today, but new information that I have not seen before anywhere else about the U.S. Fit is below, specifically 109 horsepower.



"The Fit is Honda's answer to the Nissan Versa and the Toyota Echo; it's small and cheap. The three-door Fit sold in the rest of the world is sort of cute, but the five-door going on sale in the U.S. this spring is--you be the judge. At least it's well equipped: The Fit comes with ABS, six air bags, a 109-hp four mated to a five-speed stick or automatic, an available sport package, and conveniences such as A/C and power windows, mirrors, and locks."

Gawd, that thing looks almost exactly like the Mexican-market Fit! The only additions are probably the taillights from the recent MMC change on the JDM model.
