Mugen Fit Spec D SuperCharger release Info

I know that many members are upset that the US/Canadian version of the fit will not achieve the 46-48mpg that versions in Asia post. There is one small consolation, Mugen has updated their offerings for the Fit. Since the Fit sold in Japan also received the MMC updates that the US version includes (drive by wire, EBD, and side airbags (except it uses the 7-speed CVT and has 4 wheel disk brakes) the Mugen supercharger should be a direct fit. I'm not sure but it might even meet emission requirements.

We don't have performance numbers yet but it makes 145hp, has a unique speedometer-boost gauge, dual exhaust and 17" wheels.

You can view more on the Japanese side of Mugen site here.

Knowing Mugen this thing will probably cost more than a K20 swap, which if it does is pretty stupid to purchase
