Finally got my car !

Hi Guys,

Finally got my car Here are some pics of it.

Driving Impressions
The car is pretty quiet from the inside cuz my wife didn't even know the engine is running while shes in the car It handles quite well but the suspension is a bit too soft but it is good for daily driving purposes. The tires aren't that great so don't go crazy with them

Stereo
The system really impressed me. It sound just as good as the TSX also better than s2k

This is all I got so far, if I have more of my own comments, I will let you guys know

Thanks
Ben

Thumbs up Congrats!

Awesome car!

E-mailed my Honda dealer here at home to see if he would take a deposit on the shipment of FITs' he's supposed to get in a few weeks

Haven't heard a word back from him!

Ben,

You don't know me but...I have a special and slightly oddball modding question:

How difficult would it be to remove the rear quarter windows and reinstall them with a hinge/latch to turn them into vent windows? Step 2 would be to mechanize the latch so you could open and close them from the driver's seat.

Lacking a tilting sun/moonroof this would be a great way to suck more air through the cabin with the windows up.

Thanks.

The rear 1/4 window, I don't think I am able to remove it myself without any proper equipment. It will be safer to bring it to a bodyshop to get them remove.

As far as I know the USDM Fit rear 1/4 glass doesn't have the hinge or latch for the glass so I am not sure what are yoou referring to.

He's saying he wants to make the rear 1/4 glass hinged. Doubt it's an easy project.

What do you call those louvers that fit into the top of the window channel? Do they not let air in? Expensive?
