just test drive a GE.. dont be so biased on the way a car looks. It drives like 10x better than a GD. If i were you i'd get a GE>Si>GD>G35

0.o that would mean she would have to buy a GE8 and get all the mugen parts and those things are expensive lol.

Your selection of cars straddles a huge segment of the $$ range. If I had a fleet of cars, I'd seriously consider the G35 or Si. Each totally awesome. But, truth be told, for my only car, I'd rather have the Fit just for versatility's sake. It sucks to buy a big TV, or a piece of furniture, or something, and have to wait for delivery because it won't fit in your car.

Really do you have any proof of that? Because being on a VQ sites for a long time I have not heard of anyone blowing their stock motor. If they did I take that they must have abuse that motor like crazy or just drive the vehicle without any motor oil.

And if we are talking about FI, it comes with the territory on all cars.

_pril <3 her fit what is your budget and what is your common use of your vehicle? Do you case back passenger or not? Hauling stuff? Trying to get an idea of what you are looking for and maybe I can make some suggestions.

It's pretty obvious what she should get. She still likes the GD Fit so get it, keep it cheap (especially in this economy). Just make sure that you prevent whatever happened from happening again so your car isn't taken from you.

My friend just blew up his motor last month. Proof enough for me. He doesn't have anything but a muffler on it.

Sorry to hear about your friend blowing up his motor

Not sure what is the whole story how his motor blew but I don't think that one incident can't count for like all G35s like you mention as bad motor.

I do hope it is cover under warranty.

Got links or proof? Because I am a little worried for myself now hearing VQ motors tend to blown. Was this referring the DE, Rev Up or the HR motors?

Feel free to PM me.
