Will the driver seat height adjustment FIT?
Will the driver seat height adjustment from Japan/Aus/Europe just
directly bolt onto the floor of the US FIT and the current US seat
will just screw onto the driver seat adjustment frame?

It should work, the seats are the same just the frame should be different, but you'd need to get a lower seat frame from a left hand drive country like Mexico or the Philippines. Japan/Aus would have the controls on the wrong side.
