Pisssed!!!!
So im realy pissed
at hondafittuner.com i order a wing on 5/4/09 and i still haven't recived it! They gave me a trcking number and ive been tracking it the whole time. And last night after it gets to the location by my house fedex tells me that they're sending it back to sender by there request. So i called them today 11 days later when they said 3 to 5 days and they said they didn't know about any of this..
Im really pissed has this happend to anyone else??
did i mention IV'E ALREADY PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks. And they don't know why they sent it back? Maybe the sent u the wrong part and so they turned it around 2 send u another one. U should tell them to contact their Fedex company and tell them to return it back to you. BTW which wing did u order?

thry just called me and said that they apologize and they have no idea why theat happend and it on the way back to them. and they called fedex and they couldnt get an explantion on why that happend and they said once they get it they will send it express over night. so we will seee what happens

dang, sorry to hear about your ordeal. 
im trying to remember when 5/4 was... last monday. damn it, time is flying by me like mad these days.

Complain further asking that they refund you the shipping costs due to the delay on their end (regardless if it was partially Fed Ex's fault or not, let HFT take it up with them) and how they will lose your business otherwise. If they refuse to refund at least half of the shipping, then report it to the Better Business Bureau.

Similar situation happened to me with Fed Ex about a year ago. I ordered at 26 inch television from someone on eBay (reputable member). After waiting for what seemed like decades, but in actuality was only about 9 days, I checked the tracking info and it stated the package was returned to sender.
In my case though it actually said "package rejected. returned to sender". No one ever delivered it and I never rejected it. Fed Ex took it upon themselves to send it back because they either damaged it or they saw that it was damaged. They never gave me an explanation. I called the guy on eBay and he didn't know anything about it.
In the end I got a full refund through paypal. Just know that things like this do happen and Fed Ex will never admit they were at fault.

yah, seems like FedEX ground is a tad rougher on the packages vs UPS or even regular FedEX.
ive noticed when i order stuff online and the store uses FedEX ground, they come in looking like it was used as tire choks.

Honestly, I'd give HFT a chance to work it out. I can understand being upset but it seems like the OP is taking it out on HFT without even giving them the opportunity to attempt to make things right.
But I could be wrong.
Maybe someone hates you and hacked into the Fedx computers and told them to send it back... hahaha... That'll be a long shot but yeah... I once had a package that was sent the next day after it was posted as sent.
The strange thing that's been happening with my packaging is, I find them partially open now. I was even there when they delivered it to my door and I watched them. As long as nothing is missing, then it's fine.
