My stomach dropped to my toes and I think I almost fainted.

Oh well, touch up paint to the rescue.

And they didn't tell you they'd run into something when they brought it back? Yup. They need to pay for it to be repainted. (and the keys need to stay on your key ring only)

Same as above we might be family but you can't drive my Fit. Looks like they hit a curb or parked too close to a parking block.

Hope you can get it fixed or maybe ask them what happen and see if they offer to chip in.

That's a nasty scrape right there.

At least it's just the chin that got hit - I'd have a cow if any metal bodywork got a scrape or a gash.

Ouch! That's why nobody drives my car but me. I can damage my own car without any help. At least it's only the plastic, and not the sheet metal.

The only person I'd trust to drive my car is my brother, and he knows enough not to ask. In any case, his wife won't even let him ride in my Fit because she thinks that it's a rolling death trap. So what kind of cars do they drive? 20 year old Pontiac Fieros!

Yeah, at least it was only the lip, which gets the most punishment anyways and cheaper to replace than say, the entire bumper. So who was driving? They probably weren't used to driving a lowered car (or maybe any car ).

Now yours matches mine. No idea what I hit. Maybe friend wife did it. Got to get the touchup paint next time I'm at the dealer. I'd never replace it for a scuff. I know it'll happen again as low as it sits. Can't replace it every time, but can buy paint.

Cheers.

Torture them until they tell you what happened, and then make them pay for a repair. And never let them drive your car again!!

Funny thing is the person driving it used to drive a lowered GTI, which sat much lower than my Fit and that car didn't have a scratch on it. I'd make them pay, if I weren't such a nice guy.

I let me friend drive my S2000 and told him to be careful up the driveway and take it at an angle. What's he do? Drives straight in and scraaaaape! Mark exactly like yours. So pissed. The worst part is, he never said anything about it. I watched it all happen out the window. Some friend.
