Just me or it doesn't look that much different, yet it could be the poor ligthing outside.

It looks a little different. Boy that front end really looks short after getting used to the US/CA models.

Take a better "After" picture. I can hardly see the drop. Did he run after market shocks?

btw, I brightened up the picture so you can see the clearance between the fender and the wheel

well , with better photoshop skills i thik u could really match the color/brightness/contrast more realistically to the original

Yeah I could, but that picture was just to show the clearance between the arch and the tyre.

related note: i didn't lower my fit, but since the fit sport is lower cuz of the body kit, i accentally left a parking garage too quick and i heard a scrunch as i went onto the road

It was either a spring that drops it down a little 1"-1.5" or it may need a few days to settle down fully.

Yes I'm aware of that and I am able to do what you just did. Like I said "to show the clereance between the fender and the wheel". Some people might've complain saying "oh it's still dark"

Looks good, but it is only 1.5" lowering kit correct? Why nothing lower? How does it handle now?

Is he still running the stock shocks? What are the spring rates for that kit?
