break in speed limited

break in speed limited

any idea about the "break in" period the driving speed limited (for AT)? Thanks.

it's all the same. 65 mph.

edit: there are also break-in information in your users manual. consult that for more info or do a search.

From the Honda techs around I've been told that there really is no max speed for the break-in period for today's engines... at least Honda engines. Just don't do anything that massively stresses the engine, like going 110 mph, passing at 80 mph in overdrive, etc.

Especially don't brake to hard in the break in.
