Hello all!

I've been looking at Fits for almost a year now and finally brought my new baby home on Saturday!! It's a 2010 Sport-red!!
I absolutely adore it!! It's made the commute to work the best part of my day lol!

This seems like a great forum with lots of nice, helpful people. Can't wait to learn more about these great little cars!!

Congrats on the purchase! I've also been looking at Fits for almost two years now, and I still have nearly a year to go. I'm about to crack soon.

How much did you get it for?

 

I actually ended up leasing it because Honda lease deals can't be beat!! It's the Sport model, msrp was almost 18 grand. With the deal it was, 0 down, 0 security deposit, 0 for the first month, and $250 a month for 36 months. They'll give me back $$ if I don't go over 36,000 miles (which I won't-there's no way) which I can used toward buying the car or toward a different lease.

I am still waiting for mine (tidewater blue) to come in to the dealer.
I wanted blue and they couldn't find any bright, so am getting the light shade.
Hopefully I should have it this week, but will be on vacation Weds- Sunday. Oh well the following week....HA

Nice but why did you not just buy it if you love it so much. Seems to me inless you switch out cars alot its a better deal to buy a car instead of lease one.

Congrats!!!! I got my 07 Fit about a month ago. I'm loving it.

 

Within two months im hoping to get my new 2010 Taffeta White sport FIT
Im so looking forward to it. Ive taken it for a test ride but never really got to step on the pedal on a major highway. HOW is the pickup on it?

 

the pickup is great on the AT Sport when using the paddle shifters. I easily passed a big honkin SUV in the mountains here. Yes, the Fit is GO.

Its almost always better to buy instead of lease. Oddly enough though, its better to buy new fits than used, because the higher interest rate for loans of used cars more than offsets the very negligible depreciation.
