hey guys, just wanna see how many people on the street that own a honda fit actually are on this forum, so the "rules" are pretty much if you saw a honda fit today, post the color, trim (base or sport), location, time, and any other information you think is cool for us to know..

5-27-06 - i saw a vivid blue pearl fit sport driving down my block while i was washing the car, around 4pm it was an older asian female driving...damn VBP is one sexy color

5-28-06 - i saw a storm silver metallic fit sport driving down on crossover drive towards 19th ave from richmond at around 12 noon, it was a couple driving and i actually saw the lady in the passenger seat point at my car...pretty cool nonetheless

both occurances were in san francisco

i was driving a taffeta white fit in sport

 

5-24-06 i saw one VBP in little Haiti...i was not in my car, just walikng along the sidewalk to a ACE hardware and it passed by...still would like to pull up next to one

 

just saw a fit owner today and talked to him and I think he is on here as well

 

Took the family to the drive in last night and parked next to a silver Fit, the first one I have seen not on a dealers lot! They had the seats in Refresh mode and looked real comfy getting ready to watch the movie!

Still waiting for my Vivid Blue Fit to show up!

 

I saw a Silver Fit on Foothill Expressway (Palo Alto CA) the other day - tried to shout to the driver about "fitfreak" but I don't think she got the idea ;-)

The Fit looks a lot different at "car eye level" than what you see standing in the showroom or pictures!

 

I've only seen one on the road so far. A base silver driving down I-75 south in grant co, kentucky a few weekends ago.

 

I've seen two so far silver and red and one outside my house and then 3 at the dealership.....hahaha other than that 2 on the road really.

 

Saw a blue LX going away from Stanley Park/Lion's Gate Bridge ... with a trailer hitch bike rack installed. I wonder what they used.

 

Only Fits I've seen were at dealerships, and mine.

 

Well I haven't bought a Fit yet (plan on doing that today- woohoo!) but I thought I'd tell you my crazy day of Fit sightings.

I had never seen one on the road...just on the internet obviously. I'm sitting in traffic on the Grand Central Parkway...and there she is, a Vivid Blue Sport. The poor woman in the car must've thought I was out of my mind, cuz as we crawled through traffic, I just stared and stared. Hahaha!

Then I saw a Fit billboard driving through Queens! I thought to myself, is this a sign? (not literally but figuratively haha!)

But here's the kicker. I go to park near my friend's apartment in Queens...and guess which car I end up parking behind?! A blaze orange sport!! I truly thought someone was trying to tell me something.

 

I saw a BOM going the opposite direction on I-70 yesterday!! I let out a squeal I was so excited! I waved, and thought I saw them wave, but we were going to fast I couldn't be positive.

 

I dont see many GD3's in my area at all

 

Theres bloody loads of them here. most of them have bin changed in sum way, wheels exhuast etc. ill go hunting 2morrow and post some pics

I've seen at least 20, likely a few more than once. My buddies are even snapping pictures of various Fits they see on the road, and email me the pictures. GRRR

 

Saw my first Honda Fit in the US today. Silver Sport Model in Houston, Tx.

I was in China a few weeks ago, and there were alot of Honda Fits on the road (they were badged as Fits too). They appear to be a fairly common car in China.

 

i dont recall any of these dates, but i saw a red base at my friend's complex, seen the blue, red and black sport on the 60 fwy, saw 2 silver sports around here local. i've seen the orange at the dealership (the 23rd dealership i called had it on the lot, it had it's rear window shattered coming off the truck), and i have a white sport. .. i dont even go out much at all, perhaps once a week. perhaps we just have a bigger quantity shipped here.

 

only a silver base, and my taffeta sport..... And I know that there are selling (I have to take mine in white cause was the only two fport 5 speed they could find), so I don't know where they are putting them ( maybe stripping them for race...he he he he)

 

Why is it no one here seems to own an Blaze Metallic Orange Sport? I'm getting one! Where are yours?
