Has anyone look into installing a navigation unit from
another honda into the fit???
Or will I have to go aftermarket?

Not a direct yes or no, but the European double din stereo socket is made for one of those honda navi screens to fit I believe. I am sure it could be done, retro fitting an acura system in there...good idea!

 

I have navigation software and a GPS receiver for my laptop. I plan on plugging the sound output to the aux input on the sound system. Won't be as good as a built in unit but it is cheaper and I won't get lost. I can use it in any car too. The software/GPS package was $115.

 

you may use the JDM , but then u need to program it to the United State's Map

 

I use a TomTom lol
