Unhappy Wow.

So I go into work this morning and my boss lets me off early, like around 1pm. So im driving on the 210 and I happen to see a honda fit, and Im like sweet another fit. So i drive next to it to get a better look at the car and she was actually doing the speed limit so i swear i drive past her and i must have been about 1 mi ahead of her. All of a sudden i look up in my rear view mirror and notice that she swirved like 3 lanes and hit the wall bounced off of it and went right back into the middle of the freeway. I was so freaked out and scared for her praying that she was still alive. So as i continue to drive this honkin @$$ green suv speeds past me like I dont know what, and I was seriously hoping that it wasnt a hit and run or something. I mean im sitting im my car like what in the blue hell is going on? It was just so scary becuase I drove past this person and all of a sudden she crashes into a wall. It was light traffic to so it wasnt like there were many cars around her.

Did you stop? Get any info on the SUV? Maybe it was a hit & run. Poor fellow fit owner, hope she's o.k.

I couldn't because i was too far ahead and that suv was going so fast i couldnt get a good look at the plate but i it was like a green gmc something. if i got a line up of them i could pick it out. There was also decals on the back of it too... man if i was closer i would have stopped and called 911 but i think by that time somebody already had.

Maybe the owner visits this site and can give us an update or story on what happened.

geeze if shes even alive (and God I hope so) i mean it was a serious impact. I just dont understand how she crashed. I swear somebody had to have caused it cause she was doing the limit.

Maybe she got distracted by seeing another Fit cuz that never happens around here! JK.

For her to swerve 3 lanes that sounds like a cut off. Coincidentally I was driving through OC recently and a big rig started changing into our lane, not even seeing us. After honking and swerving (thank god no one was next to us) he finally saw the car and changed back over.

I hope she's fine and comes on here to tell us all how wonderful the safety features are and how they saved her life.

BTW, 07Fit did you get your car yet?

Bryan just told me about this. He called me and I got a hold of Annie who has a white Fit. Annie is at work and her car is parked outside. So it's not her.

It sounds like someone might have tapped the car on one of the back corners... like the pit maneuver the police use to knock a car off the road.

Scary... I hope they're okay. So this was in LA? Let us know if you hear about it on the news.

Did bryan see when the impact actually happen from behind? cause i was to far ahead to see what caused it. I looked back just in time to see her hit the wall.

I would contact the cops (on the non-emergency number) and just let them know what you saw... in case no one has ANY information on the SUV (assuming momentarily that it was involved). Let them determine if what info you do have is valuable.
