What's wrong with the XB that you have to trade it in and take a monetary loss for a car with the same basically HP?

How do 18 year olds afford and XB and then trade it in on a new Fit? Your momma and daddy must have lots of Okani?

nothing is wrong with it. i don't have fog lights, cruise control, p shifts, etc. for the same price. when the car arrives, the dealership allows 45 days for my car to be sold. pretty sure it'll be sold in time. so no loss for a car hopefully.

uh... a job? i saved up a lot of money 2 summers ago and my down payment was 5k. and i was still able to do financing a month at $250 with a job only paying $7.50/hr. it isn't hard if you know how to save.

Why Hello There .

Yes, San Diego. I've noticed a LOT of Toyota Matrix and I keep thinking, "Hey, look it's a FIT.... damnit!" There is quite a bit of diversity in cars in San Diego as well as Los Angeles. It's overpopulated remember?!

I just sent a deposit on my Fit... the internet sales manager at the dealer I'm working with says it might be three months before she can get what I want. Oh well, I'm a patient man, and my current car is just fine.

I've also seen a TON of Toyota Matrix' recently... could just be that I'm noticing them more. Only seen one Fit (VBP) close to work a couple weeks ago. I'm guessing they won't be hugely popular in Texas... we have to have our huge trucks and SUVs, you know, y'all?? hehe

..

Got a call this morning from the local Honda dealer. He was all excited to tell me they got a fit in this morning. Then I said I didn't want to wait the 6 weeks (from when I first went in), and had already bought one 4 weeks ago from another dealer. He was upset, I just wanted to say "Dude, it will be gone by tonight!"

After I hung up, I thought, I shoulda asked the Vin # and color. Nah, I like mine and dont need a 4th vehicle.

Hell yeah. High-five for paying off cars on your own! My car was parked outside the window at work, and a customer asked my co-worker if it was hers. She said, "Nope, that's Annie's new car!" The customer rolled his eyes and said, "Pfft... Daddy totally bought it for her." My co-worker rounded on him and said, "NO. Annie paid for it!!!" (Where was I? Busy ringing up customers. If it had been me, I would've slapped his stupid latte on the counter and chewed his head off.)

So yay, go us. It's such a huge pride thing for me CONGRATS on your deposit!
