Quaker State Deal

Quaker State is offering a $20 Mail In Rebate on their Ultimate Durability Synthetic if you buy 5 QTs. I know some Walmarts have the 5qt jugs for around $20 to $23 so after mail in rebate its almost free. They have 5W20 and 0W20 flavors but some are harder to find than others. Keep a look out next time you're at Walmart. Here's the link for the rebate: Quaker State Warranty Support Site -

You have to put in your email to receive it but you DO NOT have to register your VIN.

**Important Note** The bottom of the rebate says not valid in RI. Sorry for not mentioning this earlier

Just saw this. I think people do care but don't care to comment.
Going to get some and send the rebate.
Thanks adolan21!

If a $16K car is big baller status I guess we should really laugh at Nissan Versa owners

Advance Auto Parts has Quaker State High Mileage for $2.99 a quart. Buy 5 quarts of this and use the mail in form to get $15 back. You make 5 cents on the deal!

I think the deal sounds great. I got my coupon two weeks ago and just bought my Quaker oil at Walmart for $20.57 plus tax. If they honor this thing I'll have spent $.11 per quart. Hopefully, there will be no problem, but I've had problems with rebates before, so I'll cross my fingers and let you know what happens.

The stuff looks like oil, smells like oil and tastes like oil, so it must be oil.

You shouldn't have a problem. SOPUS is usually pretty good about rebates. I'd watch out for the G Oil that is free after rebate also because I've read that the company isn't doing so well financially. So buyer beware on that one. But this one is legit no worries.

I will let you know. I've been unfortunate enough to have had problems where the vendor refuses the receipt for some strange reason, like the UPC is not in agreement, or the description on the receipt is not sufficient, etc. In any case, if they give me my rebate money I'll continue to buy their product... if not, I'll buy something else. Although, that isn't much of a loss to them, it will make me feel a little better.

Well, it's been two months since I posted the above comment. I was beginning to think I was never going to get my $20 rebate. Well, that is partially true... they sent me a check for $15. When I got it I thought I may have been wrong about the amount of $20, but I kept a copy of the receipt and rebate. No, I was correct... the amount should have been $20, but just like I said in my previous comment, I've been stiffed before many times on rebates. I have complained to these companies who handle the rebates and have never gotten a reply. I can't see myself spending the time, effort and money to try to get my $5, and these companies know that. Honestly, does Quaker actually believe I will become a regular customer, now? No way! I hold grudges. Anybody else get their rebate, yet?

I also got a $15 check that should have been $20...

I'll go back to other brands of synthetic oil.
