Dealer says,"It's a Good Battery"
A few points: First, are you interested in getting the car fixed or in getting rid of the car and getting a different one (i.e. getting it declared a lemon)?
If you want the car fixed because you like everything else about it, then I'd recommend going to an independent mechanic and getting them to diagnose (but not fix the problem). It sounds like a charging system problem, but regardless, you should describe your symptoms rather than to describe that you want them to test the battery (which we know is good). Take those results to the dealer to get the problem fixed, and argue for some sort of reimbursement for the diagnosis since the dealer couldn't find the problem.
If you just want the car declared a lemon, then just head back to the dealer and go through the rigamroll a time or two more.
All that said, intermittent electrical problems are some of the hardest to diagnose. A loose connection can work 95% of the time with no problems and then just stop for a bit, with no apparent cause or visual change.

I am going to take my car to be diagnosed by an independant mechanic. I want the car but I am tired of it breaking down. The Honda Service doesn't seem to care. The letter I wrote "demanded" that my car be fixed. If the battery is good why has it died 14 times? I hope it is not a lemon.
