Hi everyone!

Found this site a month ago when me and the wife were trying to figure out what car to get for her daily driver. She mentioned she liked the Fit and I tried to search and gain as much info as I could. This site came up quite few times while searching. Finally, on Aug 5, last Sunday, we pulled the trigger on 2010 Taffeta White Fit Sport, with only ~8K miles dialed up. I have to say, I wasn't too keen on getting a Fit, but that's what she wanted. I'm glad she did, because I love driving this car around! Sometimes we argue on who gets to drive that day. Most times I lose, since its her car. "When we take your car (Civic 07 coupe) then you can drive" says her.

Anyways, just wanted to drop a quick hello from Vegas.

Thanks! Looking forward to checkin out all the cool stuff you guys have done to your rides. I thought I've outgrown these types of things, but the Fit just brought it all back. There's so many things I want done.

How many of you here look back and stare at your Fit while walking away, after you've parked it? Is that wierd?! LOL! I think it's a beautiful car, even as a stock Sport.

Welcome to the community! There is so much information on here I'm sure it will give you plenty of ideas for you try and convince the wife to let you do. I stand looking out of my door and can't help but look at my car.

I think about the only thing she won't let me do is drop it a few.

If the car was actually parked outside our apartment window (it's too hot to stand outside in 100+ desert heat for extended periods), then I'd probably be staring at it too.

Want to know how bad owning a Fit is?

Ever since I heard of the internet, I decided to incorporate my love and passion of motorcycles, particularly, HD's, into my screen name......hence the name hogwylde.

Sadly though, having my beloved HD and Fit sleeping in the same garage leaves me with a bit of a conundrum but since 2009.........I prefer the Fit!

I still ride but I love my Fit!

I feel pretty bad for my civic. We live in an apartment complex and can only have one sticker for the carports. Since the Fit is newer and its my wife's, it took over the carport. Now my civic has to sit in the sun and rain. I know they're just cars and have no feelings... but it makes me sad inside. That's why I've decided that when out lease is over in Novrmber, we're moving into a house with a garage.

I finally added a pic my Fit in my first post. It's a 2010 but still looks brand new. First owner really kept this in prestine shape. And yes, it's stock... for now
