This time of year is tough for any install since I do not have a garage (it is occupied by my Miata) to work in.

i installed my mud flaps in front of my house doubled parked on the block outside. 2 hours, and LOTS of people just staring and wondering what i was doing to my car. not having a garage is not a problem if you have the will to go with the installation

More pads for the polisher as well as the Grit Guard pad washer to keep the Fit in better-than-new condition

Only thing on my list is a better set of brake pads & shoes. The stock ones are better purposed to keep my garbage can from tipping over in a gentle breeze than they are to stop a 2500lb car.

Maybe some Civic Si seats if I'm feeling saucy.

Rotas so far. Not sure what else. Having a hard time deciding. JDP carbon rear maybe? Definitely a new shift knob. Moddiction, mugen, or the type-r one.

Coilovers would be nice, but I might as well enjoy the swifts for a while longer. They are comfy, but the body roll is a little too much, so that's on the list for sure. Clazzios would be kinda nice, but the lead time is insane, and they are toxic pvc. HIDs are also on the list at this point. Going all out, and keeping the car long term!! My days of trading up/in every year and a half are over, I think. The Fit is too hard to leave. Drove a new C-class yesterday with the turbo, and was thinking how the Fit is still more fun to drive, though that car had some major turn-in. RWD helps, but still, I was surprised. It felt light on its feet.

Kind of remind me of the GD3 tail lights. I notice this today when a black GD3 was parked outside my office.

Thanks

More stockness and less debt.

Then a garage companion that is (in my mind) worth modding.

Less debt is always good (the best.) What are you getting as a garage companion?

S13 or S14 over the summer.

I'd prefer an S13 but I'll take whatever I find a good deal on.

Either is awesome once BN Sports is involved.

Good plan. Tried and true classics. I'm kinda in the same boat. It's almost better to sink a bunch of money into an older car, the logic being, partially, that at least most of the parts need replacing by that point in time.

BTW Mike- I just came across this pic on Minkara 5 mins ago. I thought of you, and how your head might explode upon viewing. Enjoy.
