its a bike attachment for putting a bike on your roof, but it requires a Yakima rack.

 

I have a yakima bike rack but this does not seem familiar. WHats dufferent between this and other attachments for the bike rack? Any pics by any chance? Im interested.

It has two straps that lock around the wheels, then the arm wraps around the bike crank and has a lock with a key.
