I paid you through PayPal. You shipped the camera, battery charger and case. YOU DID NOT SHIP THE OWNER'S MANUAL. I PM'd you about this but you have not replied. Without the owner's manual, the camcorder does not work. I bought a blank compatible disc and loaded it, but the camera will not record. Obviously there is a little secret spelled out in the owner's manual that would make the camera record, but without that secret, this is a piece of junk.
I want a refund. I will dispute this sale with PayPal, unless I hear from you within 24 hours.
You screwed another fitfreak member, wdb, in your sale of rims and winter tires, where you did not show up for the delivery after the sale. Both wdb and I will warn other fitfreaks away from you in any future ads that you place on these forums.

Manuals are free online. PDF form. but if u really wanna wait for the manual then do so. you could have him ship it of course but to suppress it for the time being just get a online version yo.
The manuals from this manufacturer are not free- the cost is $30.00 just for a photocopy, not even the original. Having to buy the manual brings the cost of this "cheap" used camcorder right into the range of a brand new one with warranty.
dank24 has not responded to this thread, my PM, or my PayPal dispute. Through PayPal, I informed him that I will escalate this to a PayPal claim on Friday, 2/27/09.

Thanks gimme. I rarely get cheated like this, and if that's how this works out I'll live with it. But I sure won't let other members get suckered in by this member without a clear warning. Posts 4 & 5 make it very clear what dank24 is all about.
He hasnt been on AIM at all either and hes usually on AIM pretty often.(Usually daily)
So that may mean hes not just avoiding this site. Ill keep an eye out for him on AIM, if he gets on ill tell you.

i kinda almost doubt it. he seems to have a pretty high rep. i highly doubt he would avoid just a manual too. kinda stupid. now my situation is different. i was never sent an item and my money was stolen by dickson chai of ajr. like i said its jus a manual and im sure this will be sorted out cuz i kno he wouldn't avoid u over a manual lol. and i kno he understands claims and disputes and how easily ur money can be withdrawn. its not like u can run off with it and goto vegas and then never be seen again.
