I know I do! If I wasnt in debt and on the other side of the county I would grab it. Maybey IF you still have this in a couple mounths I might can pick it up. If you are like me then 10-15 years from now when you want to build something nice for yourself to keep. You will hate your self for selling. But good luck either way hope it works out for you.
