Mechanically perfect. Outside has a few small hairline rubs/scratches on back and a small chip on the bottom right of the glass on front. This was kept in a carbon fiber cover (also available) and under a screen protector, yet still managed to get those minor imperfections. Bought two iPhone 4s and won't be needing a 3G now.

Comes with USB sync cable, manual packet, and headphones. No box. Runs on OS 4.0.1 and is fully restored to factory specs and ready to ship.
