1999 Acura Integra LS For Sale, $4000 or Trade (Please read the post before making a trade offer, Thanks!)

I'm looking to get into a newer car so I'm forced to put my Integra up for sale. I've only had the car since January and I will surely regret selling it, but I have to do what I have to do; and at this point I need something comfy and reliable rather than a fun project car.

The car starts up right away everyday, and to some people's disbelieve I pull 33-35 MPG on a regular basis. Car had an alignment in late January, has just gotten an oil change and has 4 almost new all-season tires with less than 1000 miles on each. The car shifts perfectly and revs smoothly, at highway speeds the exhaust is audible, but you can easily carry on a conversation. I wash the car every weekend with Meguiar's Gold Class and the wheels with P21S, and in the last month I have gone over the car with a Meguiar's Clay Bar kit and Meguiar's Gold Class wax. The previous owner also lightly modified the car; he installed the following:

-HKS Hi-Power catback (Great condition)
-Off-brand Short Ram Intake
-B&M Short Shifter
-HID's of some sort, not sure on exact Kalvin rating, but I've been assured by friends and family who've seen my car coming, that they are white and not blue/purple/etc.
-Omni Power Coil-Overs (12k/10k)
-Some sort of Front strut tower bar, looks like a DC but I don't remember 100%
-Hawk HP+ Brake Pads with Brembo Slotted Rotors
-OEM ITR front lip and sideskirts
-Pioneer DVH-3100 (IIRC that's the right name)
-Very clean Del Sol seats

I will include a Mugen Shiftknob and Mugen Pedals (gas pedal not yet installed).

There are only a couple negatives with this car, all of them being easily remedied without much money changing hands. First, the previous owner removed the A/C and the cruise control; it doesn't get too hot inside though, you have a sunroof and power windows that both function perfectly. He also managed to severe the passenger side rear ABS sensor, so the ABS light is on; however I've never had any locking issues. The hood latch needs to be reset prior to closing (I'll explain when you come check out the car in person). The car has very small spots of surface rust in typical Honda locations behind the rear wheel wells, and the hood, roof, and the top of the trunk lid all have begun to succumb to Milano Pink.

The final issue is that the car does occasionally run hot, I've never let it overheat as I run the heat at all times, no matter how hot, as in my opinion the car's well being is more important than me being a little warm. It probably just need its cooling system flushed out and maybe a new thermostat, and don't worry the car doesn't leak any fluids.

If you're looking for a fuel efficient daily, this is the car for you. If you're looking for a good project car base, this is the car for you. I assure that this is one of the cleanest, stockest Integras you'll come across in the midwest, and in my opinion for what is such a clean car the price is a steal.

That said, I'd like to get $4000 out of my Integra.
