Ya its a tough call... the GF was gonna get me the T1r turbo kit for xmas, but I talked to her about it and i figured that a better option would be to use that money and put it towards a project EG hatch for myself

that way, if the EG blows up, I'll still have the reliable Fit!

Having a reliable daily is key for me too, having the turbo ef as your daily really didn't make sense as i would have it down for weeks at a time while i upgraded, and walking and the 16 window station wagon got old after a while

Nice! I am envious, have fun!

I don't have any time off until X-mas, plus my #@$% condo possession date got pushed back into December which is causing me all kinds of grief!

Anyone want to do wings somewhere for our next meet? It is getting too cold outside to stand around!

Wings sounds good... as for the Banff weekend, boy do I need it. This is what I'm learning for the last 3 weeks and now I'm going into the 4th week: Christians, Catholics, the Church.... no offense but 4 hours each week x 4 weeks and don't forget the countless hours of reading inbetween each week... I need my brain to rest... enough religion for me!!

Nice to see no one's forgotten about little ol' me yet!

Sweet, wherever we decide to go I want a nice big parking lot so I can park far away from potential door dingers!!

I got a little ding in my passenger car from a guy near my work, luckily I didn't park beside the same guy again because of that reason... I noticed the car that did had a huge DENT in the side of it the next day! I have pretty much decided if the guy parks becide me and ever dings my car again he will be missing two side mirrors... and maybe a headlight when he comes back.

I would love to go back to school, but I have a LCS.... Lazy Complex Syndrome Maybe I will later if the province goes into a depression because of this new royalty tax

Man it was cold this morning, when I drove from my UG parkade to my UG work parkade I had to open the window for a minute or so to key in... and Brrrrr!

Not sure, according to the poll 80% of the people who voted prefer the 10th of November. Majority rules I guess, but I know Vlam can't make it that day. I guess we can try and push it out to the next weekend?

Is there anyone who CAN'T make it on November 17th for wings? (hint hint JDmish & Illusive) If not we will leave it for the 10th. Oh there is a hockey game on the 10th @ 8:00.. and also on the 17th @ 8:00; both are flames VS oilers! We could meet up at Shanks in the NW near crowfoot to catch the game.

So the meet will occur on the 10th then? If it's on the following weekend, I'd be able to make it but if it's on the 10th, I'll be in Banff... cheer hard for me!! It's tough here in Edmonton 'cuz I've got the Flames jersey, hat, and jacket. Imagine little ol' me cheering on the Flames in Oil country....

Sweet, funny enough I am a big Canucks fan *runs and ducks for cover* rather than the flames so I won't be sporting any hockey gear.

I want to hear from JDMish before we decide to switch any dates though.

Up to you guys/gals, let me know when you decide!

And Sugarphreak, expect repercussions for admitting that you are a Canuck fan...

Happy B-Day man! How many years young?

Vlam wants to change the date to the 17th, does that work for you?

Happy B-day you old fogey I can't make too much fun; I am not too far behind you, I will be turning the big two-six this December

I was thinking to hit up a place to get some wings, a few wobbly pops and catch the game, but if that isn't your scene we could always meet earlier somewhere prior. What were you thinking?
