Beyond Honda meet?

Anybody thinking about going to the Beyond Honda meet?

It is on May 31st @ 2:00pm in the home depot lot

Spring Honda meet - Sunday May 31 @ 2pm - Chinook Home Depot - Beyond.ca - Car Forums

I was thinking if there was enough interest we could show up in a big group and promote the FitFreak club a bit to try and increase our members. It would also be an opportunity for some of the guys who couldn't make the meet on the 17th to come out and meet the rest of the crew.

We could get really into it and form a flying V formation as we come across the parking lot lol

I wasn't planning on putting together another meet for Fitfreak until late June.

A little bored, I am waiting on a couple of things today.

I would be in for that, do I need a race licence? Any suggested open events to attend?

I'll let you know when Speedtech runs their track day. So you, ET and Johnny can join in! You don't need a race license.

lap days would be fun, but usually run around $150 per car.
the beyond meet sounds like fun though!

So we can't really keep the old local club name anymore now that GE8's are included.... it used to be 403 GD3; anybody have suggestions?

Fit Club just sounds so wrong... I keep thinking of club med... then the Family Guy when Brian's cousin comes to visit.

Maybe "403 GD-GE" or just "Calgary GdGe"... kind of catchy

I agree. Fit club does bring some chills. I keep hearing S club 7 running through my head when I read Fit club.

Too much GE and not enough GD

I'd say we could simplify it to just "G"... but then this happens;

"Yo, we are the Calgary G's"... lol

Threads seem to go off topic a lot in this area LOL.

I had completely erased the existence of S Club 7 from my memory but now it's all coming back.... GAHHH!

To stay on topic... would've liked to attend on the Beyond Honda meet, but the Parentals are in town.
